A little bit about my self

I’m Ramiro, a Senior UX Designer with over 12 years of experience in creating user-centered, data-driven designs for SaaS applications and in-house tools. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on understanding user needs through research, designing intuitive interfaces, and delivering seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. I enjoy solving complex design problems and making products more accessible and engaging.

Currently, I lead UX initiatives at Thinkwise, where I have improved user engagement by 30% through thoughtful design strategies. I also mentor junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow in the field. My passion lies in combining design with technology, ensuring every project I touch results in intuitive, functional, and delightful user experiences.

Outside of work, I love staying active with kickboxing and jogging, and I’m constantly seeking out new challenges and growth opportunities within the UX and design community.
